PASTOR IRMA LEE DENNIS SPEARS

Pastor Irma Lee Spears transitioned to the Lord at her residence on Tuesday, April 30, 2024, at the age of 91. She was a native of Wisner, LA and a resident of Harvey, LA. Pastor Spears was a servant of God and his people. She was a member of Lovetouch Ministries and was the leader of Lovetouch Ministries Food Bank. Beloved mother of Joseph Spears, Trachell Spears Harris, Edwin Edwards Spears, and the late Jacques Spears. Daughter of the late John “Dutch” Dennis and Rosie Dennis. Loving sister of Johnnie Love Dennis, Emmanual Dennis and the late James West McCarthy, Leon Joseph, and Roosevelt Harris, Sr. Pastor Spears is also survived by a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, bonus relatives, and friends. Relatives and friends of the family, also pastors, officers, and members of Lovetouch Ministries and all neighboring churches are invited to attend the Homegoing Celebration at Davis Mortuary Service, 6820 Westbank Expressway, Marrero, LA on Saturday, May 18, 2024, at 10:00a.m. Minister Don Taylor, officiating.
