Ingrid Marie Cooper Nelson Cannon White, age 58, entered peacefully into eternal rest on Sunday, April 24, 2022. She was a native and resident of New Orleans, LA. Ingrid was a graduate of Walter L. Cohen High School. She was a former Bar Manager for The Playhouse LLC and Pee Wees Lounge. Beloved wife of Kenwayne White. Loving mother of Kendrick Cooper, Kevin Cooper, Breon Nelson, and Bonita Nelson. Grandmother of the late Kevin Harris. Devoted daughter of Willie and Elouise Cooper. Sister of Clinton Cooper, Willie Cooper, Jr., Latrice Cooper, Gladys Cooper, Latoya Cooper-Holmes, and Dominique Cooper. Niece of the late James, Oliver, and Joseph Williams. Aunt of the late Willie Cooper III. Ingrid is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Celebration of Life at DAVIS MORTUARY SERVICE, 230 MONROE STREET GRETNA, LA on Saturday, April 30, 2022, at 10:00a.m. Elder Oron Hill, officiating  Visitation will begin at 8:30a.m. until service time at the above named parlor.
