Haywood Casswell Reed, Jr. entered into eternal rest on Saturday, March 26, 2022, at the age of 20. He was a native of New Orleans, LA and a resident of Baton Rouge, LA. Haywood was a graduate of McKinley Senior High School and a Student of Southeastern Louisiana University. Devoted son of Nicquolette S. Parker, Darrel A. Parker, Sr., and the late Haywood Casswell Reed, Sr. Grandson of Elder Betty B. Sanders, and the late Ivy Reed, Sr. and Fannie G. Reed, and John H. Sanders, Jr. Brother of Diyon Woods, Michael Moore, Sr., Lyle Fitte, Sr., Beau Fitte, Sr., Devin Smith, Evan Fitte, Donte Williams, Darrel Parker, Jr., Rita M. Reed, Hailey Jackson, and London A. Parker. Godbrother of Jonesia S. Sanders, also survived by a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends. Relatives and friends of the family, also pastors, officers, and members of St. Stephen Missionary Baptist Church, New Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church, and neighboring churches are invited to attend the Funeral Service at St. Stephen Missionary Baptist Church 1738 L. B. Landry Ave. New Orleans, LA on Saturday, April 16, 2022, at 10:00a.m. Pastor Bryan Bowman, Sr. officiating / Pastor Norman Francis, Host Pastor.
