GREGORY BATISTE

Gregory Batiste entered eternal rest on Monday, December 18, 2023, at the age of 61. He was a native of New Orleans, LA and a resident of Westwego, LA. Gregory attended John Ehret High School and Gary Job Corps in Caldwell County, TX. He was an entrepreneur working in various jobs as plumber, and custodian just to name a few. Loving father of Bianca, Leianca, and Tiffany Joseph. Son of the late Sam, Sr.  and Geraldine Batiste. Brother of Cynthia and Claudette Batiste, LeAnn (Gerald) Huskey, and Sam “Rickey” Batiste, Jr., also survived by 5 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Service at Davis Mortuary, 6820 Westbank Expressway, Marrero, LA on Saturday, January 6, 2024, at 10:00 a.m.  Visitation will begin at 8:30a.m. until service time at the above named parlor.
