GERALDINE LACEY BROWN

Geraldine Lacey Brown entered into eternal rest on Sunday, September 10, 2023, at the age of 71. She was a native of Woodville, MS and a resident of Harvey, LA. Geraldine was a graduate of Wilkinson County High School. Loving wife of the late Vernon J. Brown, Sr. Devoted mother of Georgia Brown- Irving, Verna Brown, Kevin Brown, Vernon Brown, Jr., Ronald Brown, and Cherry Schouset. Daughter of the late Edward Lacey and Georgia Parker Lacey. Sister of Edward Lacey, Freddie Lacey, Percy Lacey, and the late Emma Jean Lacey.  Aunt of the late Latshun and Tomeka Lacey, and Marvin Terrell Lacey, also survived by 11 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Celebration of Life at Davis Mortuary Service, 230 Monroe Street, Gretna, LA on Friday, September 22, 2023, at 10:00a.m. Visitation will begin at 8:30a.m. until service time at the parlor.
