GEORGIA LEE WILLIAMS BYRD

Georgia Lee “BaBa” Williams Byrd was called home to be with her Heavenly Father on Thursday, November 26, 2020 at the age of 53. She was a of native of Natchez, MS and a resident of Gretna, LA. BaBa, as she was affectionately called by family and friends was educated in the Jefferson Parish School System.  Wife of Kenneth Byrd. Beloved mother of Zachary Scott, III. Daughter of the late Georgia Williams and Thomas Henyard. Sister of Elizabeth, Victoria, Lether and Thomas Williams, also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral service at DAVIS MORTUARY SERVICE, 230 Monroe St., Gretna, LA on Thursday, December 10, 2020 at 10:00a.m. Pastor Eddie Cross, III officiating.
