GEORGE LEE

George Lee, Jr. passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 15, 2020 at the age of 83. He was a native of Greensburg, LA and a resident of Avondale, LA. He was a retired employee with National Food Store. Devoted husband of the late Jannette Lee.  Stepfather of Alvin Conerly, Sr. , and Janice Conerly. Son of the late George Lee,  and Lady Mae H. Lee. Brother of Charlie Lee, Carrie Tippen, and the late Charles Lee, Alton Lee, Curtis Lee, Willis D. Lee, Elvina Butler, Alcenia Coleman, and Mable Dixon, also  survived by 7 grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and extended family and friends. The family would like to acknowledge Regular Baptist Church and neighboring churches.
