FELICIA ANDREA RICHARDSON

Felicia A. Richardson entered peacefully into eternal rest at West Jefferson Medical Center at the age of 62. She was a native and resident of New Orleans, LA. Felicia was a graduate of Xavier Prep High School and Phillips Junior College. She retired in 2021 after many years of service as a Deputy with the Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office. Felicia was a former employee of Orleans Parish Sheriff’s office and Avondale Shipyard. She was a faithful and active member of St. Stephen Missionary Baptist Church, where she served as Liaison to the Pastor and as a Sunday School Teacher. Beloved daughter of Normand Castille and Althea Richardson Castille. Granddaughter of the late Isaac Richardson, Sr., Wilma Johnson Richardson, and Lovie Richardson. Devoted niece of Jacqueline Francis, Shirley Hunter, Isaac Richardson, Jr., James O. Hunter and John Roussell. Loving cousin of Natasha Richardson, Monique Richardson, and Ayana Levy; also survived by a host of other relatives and friends. Relatives and friends of the family, also pastors, officers, and members of St. Stephen Missionary Baptist Church and all neighboring churches; employees of Jefferson and Orleans Parish Sheriff’s Offices are invited to attend the Celebration of Life at St. Stephen Missionary Baptist Church, 1738 L. B. Landry Avenue, New Orleans, LA on Thursday, December 5, 2024, at 10:00a.m. Pastor Norman Francis, officiating. Visitation will begin at 8:00a.m. until service time at the church.
