ESTELLE ENNIS SIMMONS

Estelle Ennis Simmons departed this life at her residence on Tuesday, July 28, 2020 at the age of 93. She was a native of Plaquemine, LA and a resident of Marrero, LA Estelle was educated in the public school system in Iberville Parish. Beloved wife of the late Alton Simmons Sr. Devoted mother of Alton Simmons Jr.,  Annette Simmons, and Karen Simmons. Grandmother of Felicia (Ken), Kenya (Fallon), Glenn, Millicent (Ivan), Tamika, Miesha,  Nia (Jason), and the late Jahmal.  Daughter of the late Gilbert and Leona Ennis. Sister of Donald Wilson. Sister-in-law in law of Patsy Wilson. Proceeded in death by brothers, and sisters, also survived by 14 great grandchildren a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends who loved her dearly. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Graveside Service at Grace Memorial Cemetery 60455 Bayou Jacob Rd.
