ESTELLE WELLS MILLS

Estelle Wells Mills departed this life at her residence on Tuesday, November 26, 2024, at the age of 77. She was a native of Summit, MS and resident of Avondale, LA. Estelle was employed as a caregiver. Beloved wife of the late Sylvester Mills, Jr. Loving mother of Aaron Mills, Sr., Sylvester Mills, III, and the late Burnette Franklin and Celeste Mills. Daughter of the late L. C. Wells, Sr., and Vera Mae Wells. Granddaughter of the late Izy and Estelle Mitchell. Sister of the late Jacqueline Anderson, Carrie Mae James, Lynette Wells, and Steve Wells. Also cherishing her memories are 7 brothers, 8 sisters, 8 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends. Relatives and friends of the family, also pastors, officers, and members of Second Mount Everest and Word of Faith Baptist Churches are invited to attend the Celebration of Life at Davis Mortuary Service, 6820 Westbank Expressway, Marrero, LA on Saturday, December 14, 2024, at 10:00 am.
