EDWARD HARANG, JR.

Edward Harang, Jr. departed this life at Tulane Medical Center on Saturday, March 18, 2023, at the age of 62. He was a native of Marrero, LA and a resident of New Orleans, LA. Edward was a 1978 graduate of West Jefferson High School. He was a retired Jefferson Parish Technician. Beloved son of the late Edward Harang, Sr. and Mercedes Honore. Grandson of the late Louis Harang, Sr., Bella Walker Harang, Jean Baptiste Honore and Lorenza Champagne Honore. Loving brother of Barbara Mitchell and the late Luke Brown, Jr. Edward is also survived by a host of aunt, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Service at DAVIS MORTUARY SERVICE, 6829 WESTBANK EXPRESSWAY MARRERO, LA on Tuesday, March 28, 2023, at 10:00a.m. Visitation will begin at 8:30a.m. until service time at the parlor. Interment: St. Philip Cemetery-Vacherie, LA
