EARL LEVI WEST

Earl Levi West, Sr. peacefully transitioned into eternal rest on Tuesday, November 16, 2021, at the age of 67. He was a native and resident of New Orleans, LA. Earl was educated in the Orleans Parish Public School System. He was owner/operator of WesWay Private Transportation. Earl was a member of Free Ministries Family Worship Center in Morgan City, LA where he served as a Deacon. Loving husband of Angela Sanders-West. Beloved father of Earl L. West, Jr., Dedrick J. Sanders, Dedranique Sanders, Teniel Lenoir, Lester West, Kellie, and Jessica Dawson, Shontelle Coverson and Earl West, and the late Chandella and Jameka West. Devoted son of the late Lloyd W. West, Sr., and Geraldine Hill-West. Loving brother Lloyd W. (Pamela) West, Jr., Gilda W. (Dwight) Hawkins, and Hilda W. (Willie Earl) Brown. Nephew of the late Willie Hill. Son-in-law of Glenda Brown-Williams and the late Theodore J. Brown; also survived by 27 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family, and friends. Relatives and friends of the family, also pastors, officers, and members of Free Ministries Family Worship Center and all neighboring churches are invited to attend the Funeral Service at Fischer Community Church, 1737 L.B. Landry Ave., New Orleans, LA on Saturday, December 4, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. Bishop James Nelson Brown, host pastor; Apostle Brian Lewis, officiating.
