Earl Mayer, age 44 departed this life at University Medical Center on Monday, April 26, 2021. He was a native and resident of New Orleans, LA. He attended L. B. Landry High School and was employed as a Lead Line Cook. Loving father of Levi Mayer, Leah Mayer, and the late Tyrone Wilson. Beloved companion of Verna Springer. Son of the late Earl E. Goins and Shirley M. Jackson. Grandson of the late Lloyd Lee Goins and Adell B. Goins. Brother of Earl Gilson, Chandra Mayer, Kendra Mayer, and Denise Gilson. Earl is also survived by 1 grandchild and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Service at DAVIS MORTUARY SERVICE, 6820 WESTBANK EXPRESSWAY MARRERO, LA on Wednesday, May 12, 2021 at 10:00a.m. Pastor Ernest Weber officiating.
