DORNELL ANDERSON

Dornell Anderson entered peacefully into eternal rest at Ochsner Medical Center Westbank on Friday, August 25, 223 at the age of 60. He was a native and resident of New Orleans, LA. Dornell was a 1982 graduate of O. Perry Walker High School. He was formerly employed in the dietary department of Ochsner Medical Center Westbank. Beloved husband of Sheila Anderson. Loving father of Kayla, Kira, Karnesha. Devoted grandfather of Kyree Ross and Kamden Davis. Son of the late Alex Anderson, Jr. and Barbara R. Anderson. Brother of Cornell Anderson, Carol Cummings, Deborah Anderson, and Ingrid Anderson Haywood.  Dornell is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends. Relatives and friends of the family, also pastors, officers, and members of Household of Faith Family Worship Church International and all neighboring churches are invited to attend the Celebration of Life at Household of Faith Family Worship Church International, 2074 Paxton Street Harvey, LA on Friday, September 1, 2023, at 10:00a.m. Pastor Antione M. Barriere, officiating. Visitation will begin at 9:00a.m. until service time at the church.
