DONALD GLENN TROTTER, SR.

Donald Glenn Trotter departed this life at Ochsner Medical Center on Sunday October 27, 2023 at the age of 71. He was a native and resident of New Orleans, LA. Donald was a graduate of L. B. Landry High School and a Security Guard at Bollinger Security. He received a honorable discharge from the US Army, retired, and was a member of the F-150 Truck Club. Beloved husband of Ryhonda Lynn Allen Trotter. Devoted father of Aundryanna Allen, Vincent , Donald & Donique Trotter. Son of the late Beulah and John Trotter. Grandson of the late Amy and Willie Smith. Brother of David Trotter, Diane Vincent McMillian, Barbara Trotter and June White.  Uncle of the late Jermaine Phillips. Also survived by 10 grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends. Relatives and friends of the family, also pastors, officers, and members of Greater Asia Baptist Church and all neighboring churches are invited to attend a Memorial Celebration at Asia Baptist Church 3708 St. Bernard Ave. New Orleans, LA on Saturday, November 18, 2023 at 11:00 a.m.   Arrangements by Davis Mortuary Service, 230 Monroe St. Gretna, LA.
