DELVIN TITUS PRINCE

Delvin T. Prince, age 40, entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, March 8, 2023, after a lengthy battle with kidney and liver disease. He was a native of New Orleans, LA and a resident of Marrero, LA. Delvin was a graduate of L. W. Higgins High School and was employed as a licensed truck driver for many years. Beloved son of the late Paul Anthony Price, Sr. and Barbara Davis Prince. Grandson of the late Ernest Sr. and Evelina Celestine Davis, Doris’ and Leona Bridgewater Prince. Loving brother of Paul Anthony (Amber) Prince, Jr., and the late Jana Marie Prince. Devoted uncle of Paul III and Michael Prince. Nephew of Aldonia, Lillie Mae Davis, Arlene Prince Johnson, Ernest Jr., Joseph (Yvette), Donald (Pylier-Trice), and Prophet Ronald Davis, and the late Carol (Kathy) Davis, Audrey Prince, William Davis, and Thomas J. (Sandra) Pierce, Sr. Delvin is also survived by a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives, and friends. Relatives and friends of the family, also pastors, officers, and members of Emmanuel Christian Church, Friendship West Baptist Church of Dallas, TX, Progressive Church, priest and parishioners of All Saints Catholic Church and all  neighboring churches; members of Knights of Peter Claver Council and Court #36, M.L. Lunnon Grand Chapter #4, 4^th Degree Gracious Ladies; employees of Amerihealth Caritas, LRTA, LRTA District 2, JRTA, Ochsner Community Advisor Network, Loomis Security, and Chase Bank; faculty, staff and Students of Dillard University, Archbishop Shaw High School, L. B. Landry High School and L. W. Higgins High School are invited to attend the Funeral Service at DAVIS MORTUARY SERVICE, 6820 WESTBANK EXPRESSWAY MARRERO, LA on Saturday, March 18, 2023 at 10:00a.m. Pastor Jules Priestly, officiating.
