Debra Carter entered into eternal rest at Lake Charles Memorial Hospital on Sunday, March 31, 2019 at the age of 63. She was a native and resident of New Orleans, LA. Wife of the Late Willie L. Carter Sr. Beloved mother of  Deion Walker of San Antonio, TX Fabieyoun Walker of Lake Charles, LA, Lawrence (Estephania) Walker of San Antonio, TX,  and Neno Walker of Lake Charles, LA. Stepmother of Tellis Johnson of  Marrero, LA.  Daughter of the late  Benjamin  Walker Sr. and Lucille P. Armand. Sister of Leona Declouet, Patti Wilson, Patricia Patterson, Donna (Thomas) Crawford, Betty Williams, Vishandis Walker , Carlette (Bennie) Morris, Benjamin (Beverly) Walker Jr., Jeffery (Terri) Walker and the late Paul Armand and Kevin Walker. Sister in Law of the late J C Williams, also survived by 13 grandchildren, 3 step grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins other relatives and friends. Relatives and friend of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Services at Davis Mortuary Service 6820 W. B. Expressway Marrero, LA on Friday April 5, 2019 at 1:00p.m. Visitation will begin at 12:30p.m. until service time at the above named parlor.
