CLIFFORD GREEN, SR.

Clifford Green, Sr., age 81, peacefully entered into eternal rest on Friday, August 13, 2021. He was a native of Sylacauga, AL and a resident f Marrero, LA. Clifford retired in 1995 after 30 years of service as a supervisor with Louisiana Gas Company. After retiring he began his own lawn service for few years. Beloved husband of 60 years to Mae Francis Hall Green. Loving father Cynthia D. Carter, Elizabeth A. (Willie) Williams, Tenica L. (Bobby, Sr.) Logan, Bishop Clifford (Prophetess Lady Doris) Green, Jr., Al D. (Karen) Green, Elder Michael (Tina) Green, and Andrew (Michaelle) Green, Sr. Grandfather of the late Nayla Elizabeth Green. Son of the late Andrew Greathouse and Elizabeth Green. Stepson of the late Allene Greathouse. Brother of Linda Lewis, Althea Lyons, Sandra Greathouse, Archie Greathouse, and the late Gail Greathouse, Sadie Brown, Tommy, and Pete Stevenson. Brother-in-law of Mae Lawson, Mary P., Billy, Jimmy, and Kenneth Ballard; also survived by 36 grandchildren, 44 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other, relatives, and friends.        

Relatives and friends of the family, also pastors, officers, and members of True Fellowship Christian Center and all neighboring church are invited to attend the Homegoing Celebration at True Fellowship Christian Center, 1101 Franklin Street Gretna, LA on Saturday, August 28, 201 at 10:00a.m.

Visitation will begin at 8:30a.m. until service at the church.

Interment: Restlawn Park Cemetery-Avondale, LA
