Cletna Mae Davis entered into eternal rest on Thursday, July 2, 2020 at the age of 95. She was a native of Tylertown, MS and a resident of New Orleans, LA. Cletna was a retired short order cook with Alexis Chicken Shack. Devoted mother of Martha Montgomery, Dorothy (Willie) McKnight, Grover (Monique) Davis, Barrit Bridges, Mary Morris, and the late Linel Davis, and William Davis. Daughter of the late Seth and Eddie Mae Quinn Bridges. Sister of U. Z. Bridges, Elnora Hammond, and the late Leroy, Leonard, Ponell, Johnnie, Setley, and Ellis Bridges, Audrey Joseph, and Betty McKnight. Mother in law of the late Hardy Montgomery, Sr., also survived by 29 grandchildren, 40 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the visitation at Davis Mortuary Service 230 Monroe St. Gretna, LA on Friday, July 10, 2020 from 1:00p.m.-3:00p.m. Funeral Service at Craft and Ginn Funeral Home 219 Highway 98 West Tylertown, MS on Saturday, July 11, 2020 at 12:00noon.
