Carrie Dell Vance Neal entered into eternal rest at West Jefferson Medical Center on Wednesday, June 2, 2021, at the age of 89. She was a native of Carpenter, MS and a resident of Marrero, LA. Carrie was a retired cook. Devoted wife of Andrew Neal. Beloved mother of Lisa Vance, Dora Neal, Andrea Neal, Lakeshia Neal, and Amos Neal. Daughter of the late Alcee and Dora Hicks Vance. Sister of Smith, Albert, and Samuel Vance, Clara Mosley, Lena Bell Womack, Lyla Divinity, and Mildred Houston, also survived by 14 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Service at DAVIS MORTUARY SERVICE, 6820 WESTBANK EXPRESSWAY MARRERO, LA on Saturday, June 12, 2021, at 10:00a.m. Pastor Anthony Brown officiating.  Visitation will begin at 8:00a.m. until service time.
