BILL SKINNER, III

Bill Skinner, III departed this life at his residence on Thursday, June 4, 2020 at the age of 93. He was a native of Waterproof, LA and a resident of Marrero, LA. Bill was a retired forklift operator with National Gypsum for over 30 years and a member of Masonic Pride of Waterproof Lodge # 71. Beloved husband of Alice Rowan Skinner. Devoted father of Wayne Reed, Samuel Reed, Gloria Jean Johnson, and Andrea Skinner. Son of the late Bill Skinner, Jr. and Amy Ellis Skinner. Brother of the late Lee Skinner, David Skinner, and Virginia Rounds, Eunice Scott, Mahalia Williams, Beulah Skinner, Adell Skinner, and Alberta Watson, also survived by 4 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
