Bennie White, Jr. entered peacefully into eternal rest at East Jefferson Medical Center on Saturday, April 9, 2022, at the age of 72. He was a native of New Orleans, LA and a resident of Kenner, LA. Bennie was a graduate of Booker T. Washington High School. He was a retired truck driver for Coburns. Loving father of Bennie White III, Trina Gary, Troy Armstrong, and Michael Armstrong. He was also instrumental in the rearing of Michelle Marshall, whom he loved as a daughter. Son of the late Bennie White, Sr. and Martha White. Grandson of the late Rosa Nell Harris. Brother of the late Ruby Green. Bennie is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Service at DAVIS MORTUARY SERVICE, 6820 WESTBANK EXPRESSWAY MARRERO, LA on Saturday, April 23, 2022, at 10:00a.m. Visitation will begin at 9:00a.m. until service time at the parlor.
