Barbara Ann “Bobbie” Leavy Martin departed this life Tuesday, December 1, 2020 at the age 68. She was a native of Canton, MS, former resident of New Orleans, LA and presently residing in Irving, TX. Beloved wife of Harry Martin. Mother of Thomas (Yolanda) Leavy, Tyeka Leavy, and Rochelle Leavy. Stepmother of Karena James and Bianca (Pastor Gregory) Jacques. Daughter of the late Johnny and Idonna Jackson leavy.  Sister of Emma Leavy (Terry) Brown. Preceded in death by 1 sister and 2 brothers, also survived by 17 grandchildren, 1 devoted grandson, 18 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Relatives and friends of the family also pastors, officers, and members of Sixth Baptist Church, Bear Creek Community Church and neighboring churches are invited to attend the funeral service at DAVIS MORTUARY SERVICE, 230 Monroe St., Gretna, LA on Saturday, December 12, 2020 at 10:00a.m. Visitation will begin at 9:00a.m. until service time at the parlor.  Interment: Woodlawn Park Memorial Cemetery-Westwego, LA.  To view and sign the guestbook, please go to www.davismortuaryservice.com.
