Augustine Wanda Green departed this life on Thursday June 4, 2020 at the age of 89 in Gretna, La., Augustine was a life long resident of New Orleans, La. Beloved mother of Arthur (Paula) Allen Houston, Tx., Enid (Larry) Woolfolk Abita Springs, La., Sheree Green Covington, La., Armand (Lydia) Green Abita Springs, La., Vernon (Debra) Johnson Mt. Pleasant Tenn, Anthony (Rose) Green New Orleans, La., Philip ( Delores) Green Slidell, La., Wanda (Willie) Franklin Gretna, La., Norma Green Griffin Terrytown, La., Leslie (Rod) Hughes Riverdale, GA. and Gregory Green Gulfport, Ms. Daughter of the late August Green Sr. and Josephine Inez Gibson Green. Sister of Robert (Marilyn) Green  Livingston Tx., Barbara Hunter and Margaret Givens both of New Orleans, La and the late Gwendolyn Dupard, Yvette Hanzy, Valada Larkin and August Green Jr. Preceded in death by 2 grandson Cyrus Mano Jr. and Shaymun Dodson , 3 Granddaughters Miracle Taylor, Nala Simpson and Latoya Green. also survived by 35 grandchildren, 67 Great Grandchildren, 3 Great Great Grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
