AUDRY PETTY BOUISSE

Audry Petty Bouisse entered into eternal rest on Thursday, November 24, 2022, at the age of 73. She was a native of Barataria, LA and a resident of Marrero, LA. Audry was graduate of Lincoln High School, and she attended Southern University.  She was a retired cook of Boutte’s Restaurant. Beloved wife of the late Manuel A, Bouisse. Loving mother of Nyree, Travis, and the late Ryan Bouisse. Daughter of the late Joseph B. Petty and Stella Petty. Granddaughter of the late Harry “Click” and Alice Adams, Albert and Bertha Forges, and Joseph Petty. Sister of Sherman (Dwana) Petty, Gloria LaCour, Lorraine Petty, Nadine Starks, and the late Nathan and Jerry Petty, Sr., and the late Aline Petty, and Gayann Palmer, also survived by 11 grandchildre, 2 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives. Relatives and friend of the family are invited to attend the funeral service at DAVIS MORTUARY SERVICE 230 MONROE ST. GRETNA, LA on Saturday, December 3, 2022, at 10:00a.m. Visitation will begin at 8:30a.m. until service time at the parlor. Interment: Restlawn Park Cemetery-Avondale, LA.
