ARTHUR FELTON VIDEAU, SR.

Arthur Felton Videau, Sr. peacefully entered into eternal rest at West Jefferson Medical Center on Sunday, August 1, 2021 at the age of 87. He was a native of Ft. St. Leon, LA and a resident of New Orleans, LA. Arthur was a graduate of L. B. Landry High School. He was the retired CEO of Arthur Videau Trucking Company, and a retired supervisor of Hunt Wesson. Arthur was a faithful member of I.D. M. R.  Bible Class. Loving father of Arthur Videau, Jr., Michael Videau, Brian Videau, Myster Videau, Crystal Wright, Yvette Carr, Dy’Annika Arthur Lunkins, Darryl Walker, Denise Walker, Deanne Walker, Damaseus Williams, and the late Darlene Walker. Son of the late Theordore Videau and Beatrice Cole.  Brother of Teddy Videau, Terry Whitney, Ernestine Videau, Evelyn Moore, Vivan Byrd, Carla Rivers, Paula Cotton, and the late James, John, Percy, Prosper, Doretha, Delores, and Florestine Videau. Arthur is also survived his former wives, Ethel Mae Green by first marriage, Jeanne Poret by second marriage, 34 grandchildren, 66 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends. Relatives and friends of the family, also pastors, officers, and members of Regular Baptist Church, I.D.M.R., and neighboring churches are invited to attend the Funeral Service at DAVIS MORTUARY SERVICE, 230 MONROE ST. GRETNA, LA on Friday, August 13, 2021 at 10:00a.m. Visitation will begin at 8:30 a.m. until service time.
