ARTHUR JENKINS

Arthur Jenkins entered into eternal rest at his residence on Saturday, June 4, 2022, at the 63. He was a native of Kenner, LA and a resident of Avondale, LA. Arthur was a graduate of Bonnabel High School Class of 1977. He was a former employee of East Jefferson Hospital for 43 years as a Rehabilitation Technician. Beloved husband of Amanda Crawford Jenkins. Loving father of Crystal Anderson. Son of the late Herman Jenkins and Rose Smith Jenkins. Grandson of the late Willie Smith, and Louise Smith. Son in law of the late Sanders and Hattie Crawford. Brother of Herman (Betty) Jenkins, Gloria (Etienne) Joseph, and Ethel (Ralph) Sharpe. Godfather of Victoria Marsalis, and William Thomas, also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Service at DAVIS MORTUARY SERVICE, 6820 WESTBANK EXPRESSWAY MARRERO, LA on Saturday, June 18, 2022, at 10:00a.m. Visitation will begin at 8:00a.m. until service time at the above named parlor.
