Antonio “Sleepy” Germain Harris departed this life on Sunday, October 11, 2020 at the age of 48. He was a native of New Orleans, LA and a resident of Algiers, LA. Antonio was a graduate of L. B. Landry High School and was a former maintenance tech with Jo Ellen Smith Hospital. Husband of Patricia Harris. Beloved son of Andrew Mitchell III and Paula Hampton. Grandson of the late Audrey Harris, Eddie King, Sr., Dorothy Michell and Andrew Mitchell, Jr. Brother of Jomika Hampton Trepagnier, Hatari Mitchell, Maurice Mitchell, and Hassan Mitchell. Uncle of Jatil Hampton, Jayla Trepagnier and Jajuan Trepagnier; also survived by a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Homegoing Celebration at DAVIS MORTUARY SERVICE, 230 MONROE ST. GRETNA, LA on Saturday, October 24, 2020 at 10:00a.m. Visitation will begin at 9:00a.m. until service time.
