Andre C. Franklin,Sr.

Andre Costimina Franklin peacefully transitioned to his Heavenly Home on Saturday, January 4, 2020 at Ochsner Foundation Hospital at the age of 65. He was a native of Napoleonville, LA and a resident of Westwego, LA. Andr was the entrepreneur of F & F Trucking Company, Atoula LLC, Atoula Auto Sales LLC and Andre Body and Fender & Shop.

Beloved husband of Valerie Doucet Franklin. Devoted father of Lynette Holloway, Andre (Donava) Franklin, Telia Franklin, Tiffany Wilson, Kayoka and Andre Addison, Andre Jones, Adriyana Franklin , Kiya, Isaiah, and the late Keith Davis, and Corey. Son of the late Hayward Franklin and Ethel Mae Worley. Grandson of the late Camile and Sadie Franklin, Paul and Rose Worley. Brother of Connie (Anthony) Franklin Williams, Laverne and Patrick McDonald. Godfather of Leonard Lewis, Jr. Nephew of the late Leo and Wilfred Worley, Agnes Warren, Rosa Mae Davis, and Shirley Lewis, also survived by 11 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins other relatives and friends.

Relatives and friends of the family, also pastors, officers and members of Cornerstone Christian Center and all neighboring churches are invited to attend the Funeral Service at Cornerstone Christian Center 6550 Lapalco Blvd, Marrero, LA on Friday, January 17, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. Visitation will begin at 8:30a.m. until service time at the above named church.
