Allan “Sunny” Alphonso Clarke departed this life on Friday, November 13, 2020 at the age of 70. He was a native of Antigua West Indies, and a resident of Harvey, LA. Allan was employed as a retired welder with the local union of welders in New York. Devoted and loving husband of Velma Clarke.Beloved father of Trevor (Aymina) Maxim (Lara), Allan, Modada (Ada), Omari (Nasica), Kyle, Laura, Ashakie, Leonora, Lacey, and Alisha Clarke, and Patrick Stephens. Son of the late Harry Clarke and Leonora Tong. He was preceded in death by his late wife Esther Clarke. Brother of Lena Henry, also survived by 20 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Service at DAVIS MORTUARY SERVICE, 6820 WESTBANK EXPRESSWAY MARRERO, LA on Friday, November 20, 2020 at 10:00a.m. Pastor Merlin Walker officiating. Visitation will begin at 9:00a.m. until service time at the parlor. Interment: Woodlawn Park Memorial Cemetery-Westwego, LA.
