AARIAH BRAE'NAY HENRY

Aariah “Riah” Brae’nay Henry entered into eternal rest on Sunday, June 2, 2024, at the age of 16. She was a native of Marrero, LA and a resident of Reserve, LA. Aariah was a student at East St. John High School, and she was employed with McDonald’s. Beloved daughter of Clarence (Destiny) Henry, Sr. and Bianca Bridgewater (Gerald Wahington). Granddaughter of Terri Pavageau, Cherylyn Henry, Clarence Clay, and the late Willie “Bone” Birden. Great granddaughter of Janice Carter, Barbara Henry, and the late Willie, Sr., and Maxine Birden, and Alvin Henry, Sr. Sister of Clarence Henry, Jr., Kylen Henry, Gerald Washington, III, and Graysen Washington. Niece of Latoya Freeman, Jasmine Tigler, Maranda Bridgewater, Elise Henry, Murray Bridgewater, Christopher Henry, Sr., Christopher Davis, Tyrone Williams, and the late Byron Henry, Sr. Cousin of the late Leon Manuel, also survived by great aunts and uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends. Relatives and friends of the family, also pastors, officers, and members of Church of Abundant Life and neighboring churches; faculty, staff, and students of East St. John High School are invited to attend the Celebration of Life at Church of Abundant Life 2301 Par 3 Drive Harvey, LA. on Saturday, June 15, 2024, at 10:00a.m. Visitation will begin at 8:30a.m. until service time at the above named church.
