Daughter of the late Oliver Bennett, Sr. and Josie Mae Bennett. Grandmother of Evan, Presley, Duane, Jadus, Kalon, Jonathan and Samaria. Sister of Nolan (Debbie) Bennett, Sr., Floyd (Audrey) Bennett, Sr., Michael (Carmen) Bennett, Geraldine (Murphy) Riley, Phyllis (Clifford) Perkins, Dianne (Ivory) James, Marlene (Charlie) Harper, Mary (Leslie, Jr.) Markey and the late Thomas Clement, Sr., Oliver Bennett, Jr. and Carolyn Brown. Former wife of Nelson Berry. Godmother of Jada Pierre; also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Age: 61 years a native of Avondale, La. and a resident of Gretna, La.
