Granddaughter of Lillian Garrett. Sister of Trenell, Tamara, Terrence, and Alfred Carter. Sister in law of Lisa Carter, also survived by a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Age: 21 years a native and resident of New Orleans, La.
