Oscar Jimcoily, Sr. a retired night oiler for Crescent City Connection departed this life on Wednesday, June 27, 2012. Beloved husband of the late Rebecca Anderson Jimcoily. Father of Roxanne Hadrick, Oscar (Patrice) Jimcoily, Jr., Ronald (Gwendolyn), Joseph and Maxinne Franklin and the late Lucy and Julius Franklin. Son of the late Clara Berry Jimcoily and Gary Jimcoily, Sr. Brother of Oralee J. (Earnest) Roberson and Issac (Leona) Jimcoily and the late Gary, Alex, Albert, and Milton Jimcoily, and Myrtle J. Crawford, also survived by 17 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends. Age: 81 years a native and a resident of Algiers, La. Relatives and friends of the family also pastors, officers, and members of Second Nazarine Baptist Church and neighboring churches. Employees of Dyke Industry, Churchill Downs La. (Fairgrounds), and Crescent City Connection are invited to attend the funeral service at Second Nazarine Baptist Church 3062 Boyd St. New Orleans, La. on Friday July 6, 2012 at 10:00a.m. Rev.
