Derald Wright departed this life to enter into eternal rest with his Heavenly Father on Wednesday, November 17, 2010 at the home of his mother in Avondale, La. Beloved son of Marion Wright and the late Simpson Wright. Devoted friend of Sonja Hall. Father of Derald, Jr. Stepfather of Dorian and Kayla. Brother of Betty Wright of New Orleans, La., Marilyn Shelton (Earl) of Texas, Melvina Jones of Georgia, Dianne Arceneaux of Marrero, Christine Bibbins (Lionel) of Marrero, Vanessa Oats of Califorinia, Melanise Bernard of Marrero, Stephanie Herman (Herb), Jerome Jackson, Simpson, Jr., Gerald (his twin) and Bervin Wright and the late Wendell Joseph Wright and Adrienna Wright. Also survived by a host of aunts, uncles, 32 nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, cousins other relatives and friends. Age: 50 years a native and resident of New Orleans, La. Relatives and friends of the family also, pastors officers and members of First Shiloh Baptist Church are invited to attend the Funeral Service at First Shiloh Baptist Church, 2507 Perdido St., New Orleans, La. on Saturday, November 27, 2010 at 10:00a.m. Visitation will begin at 8:30 a.m. until service time at the above named church.
