Beatrice Matilda Johnson passed away at her residence on Wednesday, August 15, 2012 at 7:13p.m. Beloved wife of George Johnson. Mother of Sonda, Monica, and Reshelle Johnson. Daughter of the late Moses and Matilda Johnson. Sister of Percy (Sandra) and Edward (Martha) Johnson, Saraphine (Leo) Acklin, Olivia (Lionel) Trim, Elizabeth and Rosemary Johnson. Sister in law Murphy Johnson, Omar (Martha) Sabree, Harry (Vera) Young, Linda (Ezekiel) Birden, Donna (Leroy) Thomas, and Harriet Jones, also survived by a host of other relatives and friends. Age: 69 years a native of Gretna, La. and a resident of New Orleans, La. Relatives and friends of the family and members of Jehovahs Witness are invited to attend the funeral service at Jehovahs Witness 3031 Old Behrman Highway New Orleans, La. on Saturday, August 18, 2012 at 10:00a.m. Visitation will begin at 8:00a.m. until service time at the above named church.
