Dwight Andrews departed this life on Wednesday, December 5, 2012 at West Jefferson Medical Center. Beloved son of Alma Lewis and the late Thomas Andrews. Devoted father of Keith(Jacqueline) Stumps, Tammie (Willie) Jackson, Anthony Jefferson and the late David Andrews. Grandfather of the late Dannielle Jefferson and Cieara Lucky. Grandson of the late Watson and Sedonia Lewis. Brother of Ezil Bibbs, Jr., Carolyn A. Johnson and the late Lionel Andrews. Brother-in-law of Mary Andrews, Patricia C. Bibbs and the late Alvin J. Johnson, Sr. Nephew of Annie Mae Lewis and the late Lloyd and Mitchell Lewis. Uncle of the late Alvin J. Johnson, Jr.; also survived by 9 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends. Age: 66 years a native and resident of Marrero, La. Relatives and friends of the family, also pastors, officers and members of Progressive Church and all neighboring churches; employees of Jefferson Parish Schools,Ochsner Medical Center and faculty and staff of Grambling Stae University are invited to attend the Funeral Service at Davis Mortuary Service, 6820 Westbank Expressway Marrero, La. on Saturday, December 15, 2012 at 10:00a.m. Visitation will begin at 8:30a.m. until service time at the above named parlor.
