Bernell Corley departed this life at Louisiana Specialty Hospital on Thursday, June 17, 2010. Beloved husband of Martha Lloyd Corley. Father of Joseph Lloyd, Gloria L. Starks, Mary Ann Ledet, and Annette M. Lloyd. Son of the late Elijah and Hattie Corley, Sr. Brother of Mildred Sutton, Bertha Mickel, Sarah Lawson Johnson, Eva Gaines, Gladys Cohill, Nancy Diggs, and John Ed, and the late Leonard, Elijah, Samuel, Alfred and Victor Corley, also survived by 10 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends. Age: 76 years a native of Hazelhurst, Ms. and a resident of Gretna, La. Relatives and friends of the family also pastors, officers, and members of Sunrise Baptist Church, Macedonia Baptist Church, Life Center and all neighboring churches. Employees of Trinity Episcopal Church and School, and Taco Bell are invited to attend the funeral service at Sunrise Baptist Church, 1325 LeBoeuf St. Gretna, La. on Saturday June 26, 2010 at 10:00a.m. Rev.
