Ronald J. Mimms, Sr. entered his heavenly home on Sunday, September 23, 2012. Beloved husband of Louise Mimms. Loving father of Ellen Davis, Ronald J. Mimms, Jr., and Erica M. Francis. Stepfather of Johnnie J. Johnson and Brenda J. Mitchell. Grandfather of Rene Winslow. Taron Mimms, and Ryan Marshall. Son of the late Samuel and Mozella G. Mimms. Brother of Samuel (Ruth) Mimms, Jr., Gralin Mimms, Marva M. (John) Spencer, Paulette M. (Rowle) McIntosh, Mozella M. Collier, and the late Donald and Kenneth Mimms. Brother in law of Faye Mimms, also survived by a host of loving nieces, nephews, in laws, and friends. Age: 75 years a native and resident of New Orleans, La. Relatives and friends of the family also priest and parishioners of St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church, pastors, officers, and members of Holy Trinity Baptist Church and neighboring churches.
