Columbus Stewart, Jr. departed this life on Monday, January 24, 2011. Devoted companion of Regina Treaudo. Father of Elva Stewart. Grandfather of Joneisha Jordon Stewart and Justin Burse. Son of the late Columbus, Sr. and Constevenia Pompey Stewart. Brother of Lila Ann Lovely, Linda (Junior) Champagne of Chicago, Il., Carolyn Stewart of Memphis, Tn., Nell S. (Bishop James) Whitney, and the late Tobenia Thomas. Brother in law of Charles Thomas of Fairburn, Ga. Nephew of Delphine Johnson. Devoted friend of Gilbert Harang and Treaudo Family. Former husband of Glenda Struggs Allen, also survived by a host of other relatives and friends. Special thanks to St. Joseph Hospice, Deana Bell and Alvin Johnson. Age: 63 years a native of New Orleans, La. and a resident of Marrero, La. Relatives and friends of the family also pastors, officers, and members of First Hollygrove B.C., The Church of God Prophecy, Morning Star B.C., and neighboring churches.
