Annie Mae Joshua , a retired head cook, departed this life at Ochsner Medical Center Westbank on Monday, December 31, 2012. Wife of Lucien Joshua, Sr. Mother of Lucinda Joshua, Lucien Joshua, Jr., Frank T. Joshua, Sr., Lois (Kedrick) Hogans, Sr., Lorne Joshua, Lorna (Doug) Mills and the late Mary Coleman. Daughter of the late Frank and Mary Lewis. Sister of Delores (Carl) Goins, Brenda (Wallace) Brumfield, and the late Albee Lewis, Sr. and Geraldine Lewis, also survived by 15 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends. Age: 81 years a native of Indianola, Ms. and a resident of New Orleans, La. Relatives and friends of the family also pastors, officers, and members of St. Stephen Missionary Baptist Church, First Free Mission Baptist Church and neighboring churches are invited to attend the funeral service at First Free Mission Baptist Church 426 Lamarque St. New Orleans, La. on Saturday, January 12, 2013 at 10:00a.m. Rev. Norman Francis officiating Visitation will begin at 9:00a.m. until service time at the above named church. Interment: Restlawn Park Cemetery-Avondale, La.
