LeeVella Davis Lee, departed this life on Friday, February 4, 2011. Born in Hermanville, MS on June 12, 1926, she moved to the Westbank in 1945. A retired employee of the Jefferson Parish School System. Loving wife of Elder James Lee for 67 years. Mother of James E. Lee (Melba), Diane Borne (Henry), Barbara Lee-Ayers (British), Levon Lee, Loretta Riley, Gwendolyn Lee, Jefferson Parish Councilman Byron L. Lee (Karen) and the late Thelma Holmes (Warren) and Irene Lee. Mother in law of Cressie Lee. Sister of Onith Luke Davis and sister in law of Claudia Davis. Grandmother of 12, great grand mother of 25 and great great grand mother of 2, also survived by a host of other relatives and friends.
