Warren (Shine) Pierce entered into eternal rest on Saturday, August 6, 2011. Beloved husband of Eula Knight Pierce. Father of Brandy D. Pierce Reed. Devoted grandfather of Gavin Torrence. Son of the late Elijah and Rosana Pierce. Brother of Marjorie Davis, Sandra Lewis, Flora Pierce, Theresa Borne, Alice (Larry) Edwards, Willie (Emelda) Pierce, and the late Emile (Joyce), Julia, and Walter Pierce; also survived by a host of other relatives and friends. Age: 67 years a native of Edgard, La. and a resident of Waggaman, La. Relatives and friends of the family, also priest and parishioners of Our Lady of the Angels Catholic Church and all neighboring churches; employees of the Jefferson Parish Department of Streets, East Jefferson and West Jefferson Hospitals, West St. John High School, St. John the Baptist School System and Mayflower Society are invited to attend the Mass of Christian Burial at Our Lady of the Angels Catholic Church, 6851 River Rd.
