Alberta Robinson Williams departed this life at Belle Vie Nursing Home in Gretna, La. on Tuesday, June 19, 2012. Beloved wife of the late Waymond Williams. Devoted mother of Joyce (Allen) Edwards, Claude Robinson, Dorince (Deborah) Robinson, George (Brenda) Robinson, Edward Robinson, and Evelyn Robinson. Daugher of the late Henry and Mariah Robinson. Sister of the late Evelina Hudson, Phylice Jackson, Beatrice Banks, Florence Dumas, Roscoe Robinson, and Henry Robinson, Jr., also survived by 7 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends. Age: 80 years and a native of New Orleans, La. and a resident of Westwego, La. Relatives and friends of the family also pastors, officers, and members of St. Paul Spiritual Church and neighboring churches are invited to attend the funeral service at St. Paul Spiritual Church 811 Pailet St. Harvey, La. on Saturday, June 23, 2012 at 10:00a.m. Rev. Ruby Bernard officiating Visitation will begin at 8:30a.m. until service time at the above named church.
