Lindarae Loraine (Joseph) Saunders, a retired teacher with the Orleans Parish School System entered into eternal rest on Sunday, January 6, 2013 after a long battle with cancer. Mother of Danalynne Merrick, Sheridan (Alvin) Bean, and Bertram Saunders, Jr. Daughter of the late Olive and Henry M. Joseph, Sr. Sister of the late Henry M. Joseph, Jr. and Ted Joseph. Sister in law of Eugenia L. Joseph, also survived by 5 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends. Age: 76 years a native and resident of New Orleans, La. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral service at Davis Mortuary Service 230 Monroe St. Gretna, La. on Saturday, January 19, 2013 at 10:00a.m. Rev.
