Rose Mary Lewis Tillman a former Jefferson Parish Public School Educator departed this life on Tuesday, May 22, 2012 at West Jefferson Medical Center. Wife of the late Joseph T. Tillman. Beloved mother of Jahmal T. Tillman and Jirus T. Tillman. Grandmother of Kassidy J. and Jahmal J. Tillman. Mother in law of Joann H. Tillman. Daughter of the late Joseph Lewis, Sr. and Irene Howard Lewis. Sister of Mary (James) Howard of Willingbouro, New Jersery, Joseph (Diana) Lewis Charlotte, N.C., Darryl (Theresa) Lewis, and the late Harold (Dorothy) Lewis, also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Age: 74 years a native of Vacherie, La. and a resident of Marrero, La. Relatives and friends of the family also pastors, officers, and members of St. Thomas Missionary Baptist Church, St. Marys Baptist Church, New Beginning Full Gospel Church in Atlanta, Ga. and neighboring churches.
