Joyce M. Lowe departed this life at Ochsner Medical Center Westbank on Sunday, July 24, 2011. Mother of Carl Franklin, Marie Franklin, Veronica Polite, and Chichal Franklin, also survived by 10 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends. Age: 65 years a native of New Orleans, La. and a resident of Gretna, La.
