Rayshald (Tim-Tim) Williams entered heaven gates on Tuesday, May 24, 2011. He attended Belle Chasse High School. Beloved fianc of Jentell Belmar. Loving father of Rayana and Ashanti Williams. Stepfather of Mark Belmar. Son of Melvin Smith and Amanda Harris. Stepson of June Smith and Tristen Harris. Grandson of Earl Davis. Brother of Tyniesha Willams, Janae and Melvin Smith. Stepbrother of Janielle Flucker; also survived by a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Age: 27 years a native of Plaquemines Parish and a resident of Marrero, La. Relative and friends of the family, also pastors, officers and members of St. Peter Baptist Church, Oakville Missionary Baptist Church, Morning Star Baptist Church and all neighboring churches; employees of Southeast Hospital, Belle Chasse Navy Base, Jefferson Parish Sheriff Dept., Tulane Medical Center and the former Metropolitan Developmental Center are invited to attend the funeral service at St. Peter Baptist Church, 182 West Saint Peter St., Oakville, La. on Saturday, June 4, 2011 at 10:00a.m. Rev.
