Devoted husband of Latanya Leflore Rogers. Loving father of Stephen, Hannah, Caleb, Grace, Gabriel, and Gianna Rogers and Bryan Keith Hawkins. Grandfather of Diamond and EMagine Hawkins. Son of Ruby Lee Rogers and the late Nolan Turner. Brother of Sheryl (Cory) Wall, Myron (Cherlyn) Rogers, Pastor Iris (Pastor Kenneth) Boyd and Austin Dyer. Loving son- in- law of L. C. and Maesette Leflore; also survived by a host of other relatives and friends. Age: 47 years a native of New Orleans, La. and resident of Harvey, La. Relatives and friends of the family, also pastors, officers, and members of Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church, Greater Bright Morning Star Baptist Church and all neighboring churches are invited to attend the funeral service at Greater Bright Morning Star Baptist Church, 2418 Louisiana Ave., New Orleans, La. on Saturday, September 10, 2011 at 10:00a.m. Pastor Woodrow Hayden-officiating Visitation will begin at 8:00a.m. until service time at the above named church.
