Rosaison (Rosie) Delores Penwright departed this life peacefully on Monday, June 7, 2010 at Marrero Health Care Center. Beloved mother of Roanika Snyder. Daughter of Corine W. Penwright and the late Joshua Penwright, Jr. Sister of Deborah Taylor, Mathilda (Robert) Kendrick, Louvenia Penwright (Vernell) Bridges, Michelle, Yvonne, Joshua, III (Nanny), Jerome (Annette), and Richard (Carolyn) Penwright. Niece of Veronica Septh; also survived by a host of other relatives and friends. Age: 35 years, a native of New Orleans and a resident of Avondale, La. Relatives and friends of the family, also pastors, officers, and members of First Free Mission Baptist Church are invited to attend the funeral service at Davis Mortuary Service, 6820 Westbank Expressway, Marrero, La. on Friday, June 11, 2010 at 10:00a.m. Pastor Johnny Johnson, III-officiating Visitation will begin at 8:30 a.m. until service time at the above named parlor.
